ermmm..this week..another busy week for us..
basically this week is a so call "survey" week. why cos got 2 surveys to so call measure how the students learn by answering some qs. its quite an interesting survey but each questionaire cost USD$8 per piece. what the heck..so expensive for 3 pages of paper..=_=
busy until my headache comes back again..LOL..dunno why..once too busy or stressed, my head will pain like nobody's business..:( but heck..just sleep early and im as fresh as ever...:P Yep..no panadol no painkillers..cos i dun trust them..:P
friday me went to Pulau Ubin with the VPs of S2 cluster to provide IT support for the Beginning Teachers Induction Program. basically im there to setup projector, sound system blah blah. LOL. but i cant get to enjoy venturing out in Ubin..cos i need to setup everything for them and making sure everything works fine..:( the only good thing over there are the chalets. Bestest. I shared one chalet with Mr Gary and Mr Chia. Its double storey and have 2 queen size beds and 2 toilets. WOOT. and it cost just 140 per night on weekdays. CHEAP. BUT we cant bring uncooked food over, can only get the food over there. abit lame. :P The ponds there are infested with luo han sia..LOL..but i saw 3 giant fish in the lagoon. WOOT got about 1.5 meters bah. they swim so slow one..LOL..
The food there is good. But most of the time im alone when having meals. cos all the teachers there they know each other then got their own group. plus they all talk things which i dun really understand one..LOL..hence being the loner.:P then Mr Gary asked me to sit with Supt they all. Wah kaoz..damn paiseh sia. cos im just a small fry there. I totally dunno what they toking about loh..LOL..
at night, the teachers watched 2 movies namely "The Emperors Club" and "Mr Holland Opus". Both are of course films about teachers. How the main lead used their heart and soul to teach. And also teachers do make mistakes which they would regret. Learnt quite a fair bit from the movie itself. although im not a teacher but some of the points are worth applying in my life. after that keep everything and went back to the chalet. Sleepwise..not very good..cos im sort of being in a battlefield during the nite..LOL..:P
sat woke up and went out to have some fresh air. The view is definitely breath taking..:) After which setup the same style for the group as they have the interactions with some guests sharing with them their teaching experiences over the years of teaching. at about 12 pm we packed everything and head back to mainland..:) the lunch there was good..super good..but alas..got not enough time to eat cos bus waiting for us sia. Bleh. Good thing some of the teachers helped me with the stuff otherwise i really dunno how to carry sia. imagine 2 tablets, one projector, 2 sound systems, one dvd player, one visualiser, 2 mic sets plus those cables..woot..reached school at about 3 pm. Unload everything and went home loh..
on the way to mrt met Ryo and SJ..aiseh..coincidence..well took the train with them and i alighted at outram while they went to bugis first before heading to atrium.
Reached home, bath and lay on bed koonz. SHAGGED SIA. woke up have dinner then went down atrium to meet the gang. Played ID until about 1130 then we all went home.
